Alright mamas, the first Baby & Me Squat Challenge was so fun so who’s ready to do a 30-day Whole Body Baby & Me Challenge?
Starting September 17 we will workout a new body part each day (push-ups, planks, squats, Russian twists, bench press)
I’ve been seeing so many fitness challenges but I’ve been having a hard time keeping up and actually sticking to it. I figured it would be awesome for other moms with babies who also don’t always find time to workout to encourage and support each other on this mommy and me challenge.
So who’s in? Join the Facebook group “Mommy and Me Fitness Challenge”.
Everyone either post “done” or even better a video or picture of you and baby doing it 💪 This will keep us all motivated to complete this challenge. If your baby is too heavy, you can use weights and have baby enjoy watching you workout 🙂
Let’s get it done Mamas. This will be so much fun. I wanna see all those baby faces 😂 What better way to entertain these babes and doing something good for us!
